In registering for this class you are also automatically registered for the Torah of Farming Series Introduction class on Tuesday, January 13th from 7-8:30pm EST/ 4-5:30pm PT (attendance is optional but helpful if this is your first time learning in a Jewish space!)
Class Description: In this class you are invited to immerse in the ancient yet visionary wisdom of Shabbat (the 7th day of rest), Shmita (the sabbatical year), and Yovel (the Jubilee year). Come learn about how these sacred cycles of 7 are devised to both bring about a more liberatory world and food system and offer modern Jewish farmers a framework to recharge physically, mentally, and spiritually.
