Shabbat at Common Ground!

Calling all Maine Jewish farmers! We are SO excited to be hosting a Shabbat dinner AGAIN at the Common Ground Country Fair along with our friends at The Center for Small Town Jewish Life. Last year we had 45 Jewish farmers and friends in attendance and it was truly magical. 

No Shabbat experience necessary - come as you are and let us feed you and nourish your soul. 

Together we will engage in rituals new and old, eat a beautiful farm to table vegetarian meal and make new connections. 

Building Jewish community in rural America is so special and there is no better place to do it than at the iconic Common Ground Country Fair.  We hope you'll join us!

The meal will be lovingly cooked by Chef Zoe Borenstein of ZB Eats LLC alongside other Jewish Food Practioners from Maine! If you have any produce to donate towards the meal please reach out to liel@jewishfarmernetwork.org.
